Troop 506 COVID-19 Outdoor Camping Safety Guidelines
- Transportation to/from the campsite is the Scout family's responsibility. (No group travel)
- Each Scout is responsible for individual meal planning, shopping, and cooking. (No Patrol Cooking)
- Scouts can not share tents with other Scouts outside of their own family.
- All campers will have their temperature taken upon arrival and must be symptom-free. (Campers with temps above 100.4 will be sent home)
- Scouts are required to wear masks in group settings.
- Scouts must respect social distancing recommendations and keep six feet apart.
Troop 506 COVID-19 In-Person Meeting Safety Guidelines
- In-person meetings will be conducted outdoors.
- Meeting attendees must wear a mask/face covering at all times.
- Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival. Attendees with a temp above 100.4 can not attend.
- Attendees must be symptom-free.
- Handshakes or other “person to person” contact should not occur.
- Most outdoor restroom facilities remain closed. Please plan accordingly.
- All Youth Protection Policies continue to apply.
- Family members not actively participating in the meeting should remain in their vehicles or at a safe distance.
